Jane Bolin, Esq.

Jane Bolin is a licensed Florida attorney specializing in community association law. Jane focuses on the practice of association law and real property litigation. She received a B.A. in political science from Radford University, Master’s Degree in sports management from the United States Sports Academy, and her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. Jane was adjunct faculty for St. Thomas University School of Law and taught law practice management. She taught Florida Real Estate at Nova Southeastern University. Jane is the author of Mastering the Business of Your Association and speaks to a variety of professional associations throughout the state about association law, real estate and entrepreneurship.

Nick Brenneman

Nick Brenneman is the Southeast Regional Account Manager for one of the most prominent reserve specialists in the United States. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, Mr. Brenneman received his bachelor’s degree in marketing. He has worked with hundreds of management companies throughout the Southeastern United States, ensuring that their clients receive comprehensive reserve studies with customized funding solutions that meet the needs of sustaining their community associations in excellent condition. As an experienced educator on the topic of reserve studies, Mr. Brenneman regularly speaks at industry events and also hosts educational courses for area management companies and various Community Associations Institute (CAI) Chapters.

Matt Kuisle, PE, PRA, RS

Matt is a Professional Engineer with an educational background in civil and environmental engineering. He is the director at a premier reserve specialist provider in the Southeast where he oversees their regional office and operations in Tampa, Florida. He is the former president of his condominium association where he served for ten years, and proud father of two. Matt's company is the nation's largest provider of reserve studies serving clients in over 30 countries. His main focus is helping Community Association Boards and Managers fulfill their fiduciary obligations by developing and implementing sound Capital Funding Plans. Uniquely positioned as a Professional Engineer and Reserve Specialist, Matt has the expertise and knowledge to answer all questions reserve related.

Eileen & Dan McCrady

Eileen retired from the Federal Government as a Senior Executive. During her tenure as a Federal employee, she was part of the leadership team that brought about many technological innovations including IRS e-file. She brings her knowledge of leadership; marketing; partnership and relationship management; and strategic and tactical planning to this endeavor. Eileen's degree is in Business and Management.

Dan is a retired Federal employee who spent more than 20 years in database design. During his career, Dan won many awards related to his design work, including a Presidential Award for Excellence. Dan holds a B.S. in Information Technology. He brings his expertise in that field as well as his on-the-ground experience to creating systems to solve HOA's election problems and bringing HOA's into the future with top notch e-voting systems.

Jonas Arca, Community Association Management (CAM) Instructor and licensed attorney

Jonas Arca, Esq.

Jonas grew up in Tampa Bay, Florida. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Florida and received his juris doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Jonas is a licensed community association management instructor and author of Community Association Management Florida: AACC Online’s CAM Prelicensure Textbook.

Jonas began his career in the community association industry in 2012, working both as a licensed community association manager and as in house legal counsel for a Bay Area community association management firm, where he began his career as a CAM instructor by delivering monthly legal updates to management staff.
