What are the continuing education requirements for the community association management license in Florida?
All community association manager licensees must complete a minimum of 15 hours of instruction during each license renewal period, which must include:
- 3 hours of legal update;
- 3 hours of insurance and financial management topics;
- 3 hours of operation of association's physical property;
- 3 hours of human resources topic; and
- 3 hours in any area described above, or in any course or courses directly related to the management or administration of community associations.
