How to Renew Your CAM License

1. Continuing Education

Complete 15 Hours of Approved Continuing Education Curriculum

2. Submit CE Hours

Upon completion of your CE courses we submit your CE hours to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (the DBPR) on your behalf.

3. Renew Online and Pay the Renewal Fee

Go to the DBPR website, login, and pay the $105 renewal fee.

Community Association managers Florida

What are the continuing education requirements for the community association management license in Florida?

 

All community association manager licensees must complete a minimum of 15 hours of instruction during each license renewal period, which shall include:

  • 3 hours of legal update;
  • 3 hours of  insurance and financial management topics;
  • 3 hours of operation of association's physical property;
  • 3 hours of human resources topic; and
  • 3 hours in any area described above, or in any course or courses directly related to the management or administration of community associations.
